Friendly, Professional Service My wife and a recently seperated and sold our house. Finding an apartment, I thought was going to be difficult. However, I had such an easy selection after viewing 6-8 different apartment complexes. I selected Luxe 1930 in Northeast Mesa, AZ. Amazing! The complex is absolutely amazing, you put in a maintenance request and it is handled within hours. The front office staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home. My husband and I have never felt so welcome in an apartment complex and we truly feel like this is home
This place is Awesome!!! This is by far the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in! The staff is so nice and the place is always kept so well maintained! Not only that the events they offer make it feel like a close community. Very impressed overall.
Pretty Good Apartment Complex This complex has been absolutely really great for me and my small family. Our 2bedroom with its walk in closets, laundry storage, and patio storage room have been so helpful. Maintenance is always very quick to help and complete the jobs thoroughly. It is an apartment so keep in mind that while things may look nice the materials used are often cheap. flies and bug problem i won't bother doing this if I don't get so annoyed about the flies. This is a fly catcher we put on our balcony for two weeks. Not to mention I constantly killing flies inside the house. We have a baby at home so we clean our floor two or three times a week and throw trash (diaper!!!!) as often as we can. We lived in tow complexes before we moved in this place and had baby for seven moths before we moved in and we NEVER had that many bugs we have seen in this two months. Wasted Potential My roommate and I loved the layout and price, so we thought we could overlook the sketchy area and questionable residents. A few months into our lease, and we are planning on leaving as soon as the lease is up. There is a constant change in management, and maintenance has required "mandatory" entrance over 8 times in a few months, that can't be refused or rescheduled. Nice place to live Roomy apartment, lots of kitchen cabinets. When maintenence is needed they are prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.
Decent Location Location is close to shopping and freeways (202 and 101). Maintenance is quick to respond when needed. The office staff is super friendly. Being a gated community in the area is a huge plus.
The number one place to stay The manager and the front desk are very nice and very helpful. The maids are very nice and take care of problems right away. I recommend for everybody to stay over there.
