Great Experience I recently applied and got an apartment at Lakes of Tuscana! The application process was super easy and went by fast. The community is very well taken care of and I can’t wait to move in!

Disgusting Terrible grounds. Not maintained. Unit was disgusting at move in. Old stained carpet that was "steam cleaned" guess they forgot to vacuum first. Dents all in walls. Ugly countertops and damaged melted bathtubs. Damaged mirrors. The amount of rent they charged for this was embarrassing. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Find a better value. Unit was nothing like the pictures. Way way outdated!!!!

Great experience! I had a great experience living at Lakes of Tuscana. Every time I reached out the the office, they were quick to respond. I didn't get to attend any events, but I think its great they offered them. The few maintenance issues we had were all taken care of promptly. While we did buy a house, we truly enjoyed our transition period here.

River Bluff of Lexington is excellent Kayla and Meredith are both very helpful and friendly as members of the management team. I have lived at River Bluff for seven years and I love it. Maintenance and amenities are great too!

Beware!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING IN – AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I absolutely would. I moved in under difficult personal circumstances, but from day one, it was a nightmare. When we opened the door for the first time, we were hit with a strong bleach smell—likely an attempt to mask a much worse problem: a full-blown roach infestation. Find another apartment complex!!!!! I cannot stress enough how terrible the staff is. Good luck if you want something fixed. Way overpriced for the service. Looks are all they care about. The property itself "APPEARS", beautiful. I rate it 3 stars because of the appearance. NOTHING else.

Had a great tour there I really enjoyed the on-site tour with Sadie—she showed me around the community and patiently answered all my questions. Sugarloaf is a very quiet neighborhood with ample parking, close to nature, and ideal for young professionals who have a car. There's a bus stop right on the property that goes directly to UMass and Amherst College, and the bus is free.
