Anything but luxury First things first, remember to take reviews with a grain of salt. Especially since some reviews may have been rushed without thought to win a Bingo reward. The apartment is average. It's the minimum you should expect when renting a place. Has appliances for everyday life and a bit of space. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t some downsides. Awesome I’ve lived here for 6 months so far. Some reviews scared me as they mentioned stuff always going on here. When we applied everyone at front office kept in communication with us. I can 100% say there has been no issue or outside activities that have made me or my family feel unsafe here. Many places for pets and has dog park. Reserved parking spots is a plus. Great Community! I recently moved into Luxe 1930 and so far, it has been my best living experience! The ladies in the office are so sweet and friendly! I had a very minor issue in my apartment after I moved in, and maintenance came by within the hour to fix it. I am beyond impressed with this place and can't wait to renew my lease already!!

Look Elsewhere Stay away!! My apartment was broken into twice in the span of 6 months. The front gate was often broken. Super noisy neighbors and the staff does not do anything to actually prevent it, even if you complain numerous times, they’ll just say they reminded them of quiet hours. Lots of neighbors smoke weed as well and the smell comes through. 0/10.

Best Apartment Living Experience! Hands down the best apartment complex I've lived at. They really take care of their residents. My unit was upgraded and beautiful. It even came with the "Nest" and Low Energy appliances and toilets. Maintenance were always there to help 24 hrs and in a timely manner. I had very few issues living there. They made you feel at home and had community gatherings before COVID which was nice. Good with a few Issues Resident at Luxe 1930 for 2 years. We have had mixed feelings about Luxe 1930 but had an overall positive experience living here. Most of the issues have happened because the gate rarely works. There was one night that a man got beat up outside our building. We went to help the poor guy and made sure that we stayed with him until paramedics arrived. Additionally we have noticed many non residents using the community amenities like the pool and the gym.
