They did not have my reservation. They did not have enough staff for the 2 reservations that the did remember. They ran out of hummus of all things at 4:00 pm. They ran out of another appetizer. They didn't even have good Chardonnay. No dark rum. No choice good gin. Floor was dirty. The first time I was there every thing was fine. They were slow, as in no other customers so we got good service and goof food. Windows were dirty also. I wanted them to make it in Vancouver but......
Drove 45 min to this place today in search of brunch. I had 2 requirements...bloody Mary and bfast past 10am. Both came true with LUXE, the mary mix was perfect (hot but in a slow burn way with great flavor) and my waffle bfast sandwich was exactly what I wanted...well done!

Truthfully, the food is very clean, flavorful, & just plain right delish. You can eat the whole meal & feel super energized. Plus, they have our favorite Italian PDX coffee: Caffe Vita. My only reason for not giving it a 5 is b/c the lack of brunch/breakfast options. I do feel the waffles could have an extra "je ne sais quoi" to them. Of course this is much higher quality of most breakfast/brunch in the area, and if a 4.5 option was available it would be there's.
