I always have a great experience when I come here! Food and drinks are always delicious and the staff is super friendly! I love the unique variety of food options.
I am from the service industry and have to say this was some of the worst service I've ever experienced. It took 40 minutes before someone took our drink order because the servers were confused as to who's table it was. While there was a good amount of customers already seated there was still 5 tables open so there did not seem to be enough people to cause such a delay in taking our order. The best place for delicious food in Vancouver! The staff is phenomenal, the atmosphere is amazing, and don't get my started on the cheesecake! It's a great place for a fun little happy hour or dinner with friends and family! I've fallen in love and I'm not gonna stop telling people. This is my new favorite spot!
Food was great. Service was sub par at best. Waited for 45 minutes for food and in that time wasn't checked on once. No coffee refill. No water refill. Girlfriend and I both work in the industry. I think she could tell we weren't very happy so she gave us a free drink on the house, but I'd rather have good service than a free drink. From server to server, be more attentive. Very disappointed.
Parmesan fries are fantastic. Their mac n cheese has the most cheese I've ever had in a mac n cheese at a restaurant. Happy hour is a great time to go, the portions are large for the price. Everything we had was yummy: parmesan fries, pulled pork fries, tomato soup, grilled cheese, mac n cheese and chicken and waffle sandwich. Their chairs were comfortable, and the waitress was super sweet.
