Be so incredibly careful if you are buying any flipped homes from them. We bought what we thought was our dream home in the fall of 2023 which Garrett Mahaffey had flipped & was sold by another agent at LUXCITY. Our inspector found many things wrong. A large amount of mold in the attic as well as the unfinished part of the basement. The bathroom fan was venting into the attic not out of the roof.
