She cut nails too short. Constantly looking at entry instead of paying attention to her job at the time, my nails. Had a gel manicure and they are very uneven, not a smooth application. Already coming off after only 4 days. Don’t think I’ll go back there. Felt it was expensive for service I received.
Literally just watched two nail techs come out of the public basement restroom with their masks on them 1. Had hers around her next the other had hers around her arm/ sleeve. Both went right back to the salon sat at their stations and put these masks on to start working on nails. Was gonna have my nails done......... not anymore. Masks are cheap infections reused masks when you take them into the restroom...... not really so much.
The nail technician was awesome at going after the pumpkin design I showed an image of and made sure I was happy with the design before finishing up. They also got me in before my appointment 😊
Always have had a great job done on my manicures and pedicures. Friendly staff. Been going here several years now.

This was my first time at luxe spa. I was disappointed,not with my nails but with the service. I felt she was rude and rough when doing my nails. We were not told about the massage chairs. the leg and foot rub was pretty much non existant. If your people do not want to do their job they should go home.
I brought my 3 year old niece in to get her nails painted and I can’t say enough how friendly and patient they were with her.
