RecommendedPeople are always quick to review badly, and not enough good. I've been going to Lux for years and not once have I had a bad experience. I've had multiple different people do my nails and all were fantastic!! I've tried out other salons, but none come close to the talent these guys and gals have. Highly recommend!! My latest nails are in the picture and are AMAZING!

I didn’t like how my nails turned out and I went back and the lovely owner fixed them for me! I love that place because they genuinely care if you like your nails! Thanks for fixing my nails I absolutely love them now!!!
The pedicure is heaven!!! Hot towel wrap & heated stones, along slow massage on my tired aching feet & legs. Then the gel polish for my nails- I’m a new woman again!!!!! Repeat once per month because: I’m worth it !!!! 😉
They honestly do not spend enough time with you you come there to relax and get a pedicure and they will only rub your legs for less than 5 minutes it's ridiculous there's a lot more I could say this is just clearly one of their problems! Also we made an appointment and when we called they hung up before I could even give a name when we arrived do you think they were ready for that appointment no they were not so why even make and schedule an appointment? I have been going to Lux Spa from the day they opened in West Acres 10 years ago and were all together in Nails Pro. I have never been dissatisfied. They're a great bunch, and It's always done the way I like. I love pedicures and so do my feet. I definitely would recommend them and have

A reservation was made for a bachelorette party for 7 pedicures for 1pm, upon arrival— they had absolutely no availability for the reservation that was made 2 weeks ago. The front desk lady looked at us and goes “well what do you want me to do about it”. Thanks for ruining a brides party!
Reservation was made for bachelorette party 2 weeks prior- when we got there, they claimed to have nothing down for us, said ‘well now what do you want me to do?” Shrugged and walked away. Get it together. Extremely rude and unprofessional
Brought my 3 year old daughter with to get her nails done and they were so good with her and she loved everything about it! Now we both have pretty nails. Friendly staff, and great time.
