My daughter is a regular with a monthly membership and loves it. She convinced me to try the location in Beverly too because normally I go to Peabody. I had Maria. She rushed my blowout to the point that my hair was bumpy and it wasn’t even dry. When I mentioned it, she said , “yes it is” The woman next to me had an elaborate wonderful blowout, you could see the stylist was caring about her job on her. I may try it again but disappointed for sure

I have had multiple facials from Jillian at Lux and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The salon is clean, inviting and chic. Jillian really knows what she is doing and provides an awesome facial experience. I have also had my eyebrows done and lash extensions, both of which she is very good at. Super easy to book online and great location. Highly recommend!!
