I had the pleasure of working with Mike from Lux Realty. He helped my fiancé and I find a beautiful apartment in Beverly. Mike was professional, responsive, and very kind. We had a wonder experience and I highly recommend him and this agency to anyone looking for a place in the North Shore.
I just moved into my new apartment yesterday and I have to say that working with Heidi has been an absolute pleasure so far. I just visited an open house in Salem and could not believe how rude the realtor was. Another person was asking a question and the host agent was extremely snarky and arrogant, plus looks very unprofessional. Henry Pizzo property, agent was Jaclyn O’Neil.
We were referred to Lux to start looking for our first apartment. Unfortunately, it was clear from the beginning there was no interest in helping us on our budget. I received the first contact call which we went over what we were looking for in our price range. This was greeted by a laugh and then a follow up question regarding what we want realistically. I was parking my car at this business. I was making 2 stops this day and the businesses were side by side. The first stop was the business beside LUX Realty and then I was stopping at LUX Realty. The 2 businesses begin with the same name, I was horrified when 2 women rushed out of the back door and insisted to know where I was going and what business I was visiting.
