This is my second time in this salon and both nail techs did an amazing job on my nails!! I had to get a new set because a different salon I went to didn’t do anything I asked for correctly. The techs at this salon always knock it out of the park and meet my expectations without having to explain it over and over again. Super nice facility that is very clean and modern.
I've gone here for several years but have noticed my pedicures are less than the basic level even though I pay extra for upgrades. the 10 minute massage was 5 minutes and calling it a massage is a stretch. It's more like rubbing lotion on for 2-3 minutes per leg. Even the callous removing has ceased. They do rub the exfoliator and pumice but with zero pressure it doesn't really DO anything.
This place is terrible. They don’t listen, messed up my nails. It doesn’t take an hour to powder nails. Y’all have lost anthor customer.
**UPDATE** The owner called and issued a refund. I am grateful that she called to make it right. I’m not one to post about NOT recommending a place, but this time I will make an exception. We used to go here, came today because they weren’t as busy. Should have been my first clue. My pedicure looks like I did it, with my eyes closed. I’m extremely disappointed.
Went in for a manicure for my daughter - she had grown out her nails long that’s why we got it and the girl cut them all short instead of keeping them long as requested. My pedicure was mediocre- 2nd time my pedicure was not good.
Love this place. I’ve been going for a long time. Tammi is awesome.
