I went on 9/27 for a new set of my nexgen. The guy who did my nails did not soak off the old instead drilled it off and left the nail tip that was previously on. I asked him why he said you dont have to always soak off. He did my nails and one hand nails are shorter than the other hand and it's been a week and 4 days and my nails are lifting and when I do my hair it gets stuck in the nails. I am so disappointed and it's not like it's cheap to get done. 😔
