On Tuesday I went to another nail salon in Sumter and when I left my nails were horrible! I am not one to go back and argue, just lesson learned. Today, I went to Lux Nail Lounge and was greeted when entering the door. John was my nail tech and he did an amazing job of fixing my nails. When he finished they were more natural looking and was completely what I was looking for. This is a very friendly, clean, and well managed nail lounge. Go see them. Especially John.
Definitely a gem in Sumter. Had the pleasure of working with John (Wick lol) and he did a great job on my nails. You know how some salons you go to and you have to push for what you want? He was patient in coming up with a way to provide the look I want (a super subtle pink ombré), I appreciated that. Convo was great, he’s funny! Def encourage anyone to try this salon. Everyone was nice and John will get you right.
I will never ever go back to this place they did my nails on Saturday the day before Easter Sunday I would’ve did better getting press on nails. The nail polish was bulky. My nail shape was horrible. The polish was peeling off the same day definitely horrible service

Fast and great service. Fixed my broken nail. This was first time there and I will definitely be back!
