Kiyomi was friendly and caring with my 4 and 9 year old. Great at explaining what she was going to do before she did it. She made everything go smoothly and we were able to have both ears pierced at the same time for each kid. I really appreciated that being an option! The studio was clean and there were lots of options for earrings. I would highly recommend this place for ear piercings.

All four of our granddaughters have had their ears pierced at "Just Ears". The staff is fun and efficient. I am a clean freak so I am always on the lookout for business the use sterile/clean practices. Thank you Grace for being so awesome.
Such an amazing and seamless experience. I got my infant’s ears pierced and the lady was so experienced and so calm the entire process. I was worried beforehand but could relax knowing that the lady knew exactly what she was doing! She even knew how to distract my kid and mark the spot for the ear holes perfectly. I recommend this place to all mommies! Everything was sterile and they wore gloves and using numbing spray as well.
