Services provided were great, and I paid for them at the time of service. They offered to "see if your insurance will pay," but then billed my insurance company for services they didn't provide. Now they're billing me. Beware of them offering to bill your insurance for cosmetic items you know aren't covered.

My pharmacy has sent 7 prior authorization requests via fax so I can get my prescription. It's been over a week since my appointment and the day it was prescribed to me. What is the point of seeing a dermatologist if they can't answer a simple fax so their patients can get the medication they need? The doctor asked me to schedule a follow up for 2 weeks after my first appointment to check on my progress. News flash: little to no progress will be made without you authorizing my prescription! My daughter is a patient of one of the PAs at the Sparks NV location, which apparently does not have doctors at this location. My daughter has been suffering from eczema, was offered Eucrisa to avoid steroid use but during that visit I was not even told the name of the medication, frequency of application, adverse effects, duration of treatment to determine efficacy. Dr Leposavic is very skilled in Mohs surgery and does a thorough job. However, he has a large patient load on the days of surgery. He rushed in and out of the room. Last time I had Mohs surgery, he closed my wound but had a PA do it this time. The PA did not have an assistant for most of the time he stiched the wound.
