Had an appointment today at 10:30am arrived at 10:25am. Filled out my paperwork and at 11am I'm told that Dr. Langford was behind and there was another patient ahead of me. I was offered the opportunity to see the PA which I declined. I requested to speak with the office manager as my time is worth money just like they charge patients who show up more than 15 minutes late.
