Astonished! I have had custom night guards for twenty years due to severe clenching. Each time, manual molds or digital impressions were made, sent to the manufacturer, and dispensed to me by hand or through an informal placement by a technician. The dentists at LUX Dental are dedicated to standing behind their product and going the distance to ensure a proper fit. I’m a new patient at Lux Dental - I was very pleased with my initial experience with Dr Grimes and my dental hygienist Nadia as well as the front desk support personnel. Dr Grimes took the to time to walk through my X-rays and explain areas where I could have potential issues in the future. Nadia did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth focusing on areas that I had issues in the past. I was so glad that I switched to Lux Dental - my wife is also planning to make the change to the Lux Dental.
I had an amazing experience with with Dr Grimes and hygienist Nadia. Highly recommend this office and will be back!
