Bought a vehicle that has been a money pit since day one. Was told by the manager "Oh well, you never know what you're gonna get when you buy a used car. " When I called to ask them to buy the car back, calls were ignored and never heard back from them. If you have problems with the vehicle after you buy it, they don't care. Once they have your money, they're done with you! The worse experience ever buying a vehicle!
I got the chance to work with a old friend Dan McNulty who made the process and stress of buying a car super easy and painless. Great guy and a great deal!
I must say I came into Lux and was so nervous but was greeted with a wonderful smile and laugh from Dan the Man and he sure was the man when it came to making things work. Thank you very much! Also the nerf war was fun to watch!
