The owner has been doing my nails for almost 10 years! I would and have let any other staff do my nails as well, everyone is excellent and professional. They don't mind fixing or repairing and taking any opinions! I've tried a few other places while they were closed last year and no where compared. I won't go anywhere else!
I have been following the proprietor for a long time prior to her owning her own salon.You can talk to her, tell her your concerns and she makes sure the other girls understand what needs to be done to satisfy you.i make appointments and as long as I arrive in a timely manner she is waiting for me.If she is extremely busy as is possible in the summer time she could be working on another client but let's me know she is running a little late so I have to wait. Terrible customer service and making an appointment is useless. Made an appointment for four people, showed up on time and several of us were made to wait over an hour, two of us didn't even get to go because the wait was so ridiculous. I asked the supervisor how long the wait would be for the last two people (after already waiting an hour) and the response was defensive and full of attitude. I asked what the point of making an appointment was and was told "exactly." If we would have just been told from the get go that appoi... read more
