I've been here four times for a pedicure. The service I received has been excellent! The employees have been friendly and knowledgeable. Personally, I appreciate that the staff speaks English. I found it rude when I've gone to other places, and the staff spoke only a foreign language, and only to one another. Special kudos to Michelle and Patrice. They've both done an excellent job for me.

I've been to Luv's many times and never had any complaints. The staff is friendly and professional and if you're a walk-in (unless it's during the weekend) you don't have much of a wait. I would recommend scheduling an appointment since they are usually quite busy and I don't like to have to wait. Two thumbs up from me.

Do yourself a favor & DO NOT GO HERE. I have been to LUV a couple times only because it's at a convenient location (only a couple minutes from my work) however, after going in to get an acrylic set last week I will never go again. I called and made an appointment for 12:30 and once I got there I naturally had to wait 20 minutes before my nail tech came to get me. She sat me down, and said "oh I didn't know she scheduled you as a full set, how am I going to do a full set in 30 minutes?" I was shocked that she was taking this ... read more

I brought my daughter here today for a bday mani pedi. There was one person ahead of us in line buying a giftcard. When she was done the hostess looked at us and said " did you need something?" I couldn't believe how rude her tone of voice was. What did she think I walked in the door an stood in line for? Duh. I said yes my daughter would like a mani/pedi. I will NEVER return to this salon EVER AGAIN! The commercial is BS..you are going to pay ALOT and the service BS! Nothing they did with my medi and pedi was acceptable. Do not waste your time going to this place. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN..Lets just put it this way I came home and had to redo my hands and feet cause I did a much better job than any of them in that place! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I would NOT recommend this salon! I had gel nails done and I have had nothing but trouble with them! Within 1 week I had 5 different nails break. They broke just doing everyday activities so I wasn't giving them a beating. I scheduled an appointment and ended up waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time. The girl who did my nails was rude, not friendly at all. I will never go back there! I will be finding somewhere else to get my nails done!
