I would not rate this place with one star. We were promised serveral items with the promotion of getting an overpriced water system. 2 months later and after several attempts to call the company to find out why we haven't received anything we have yet to get a call back. When my husband did speak to us they told him the cookware we were suppose to get, we aren't even getting now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! purchased a "home water purification system" 3 months back and it hasn't worked the whole time. After countless calls to the office and no one calling me back and several missed "service attempts" on there end where they called and rescheduled or just didn't show all together. They finally told me they would have a district manager get in touch with me which still hasn't happened. They also broke a sink during their water test which they still haven't replaced. Before getting clean water, I could often smell the chlorine from my water, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I haven't noticed the smell of chlorine in my home for several weeks. My hair is far less brittle and damaged than it was previously. We are also saving money by not purchasing bottled water or the refill filters for water pitchers. My water system was not installed correctly and was leaking under my house, thus raising my water bill unbelievably high. Called office as soon as I realized what was going on, and was told that there would be someone to come out and fix it and a manager would be giving me a call back. After the weekend and nothing being done tried to call again and left several messages with no return call. Not highly recommended!
