This company keep my grass beatifull and healthty. The technician Shaun Daly has a profesional actitud, he always explain to me any issue with my grass and treat it really good making it healthty and beatifull on all season.

Eileen from Kissimmee. Zac is super professional doing my lawn and shrub service. He knows a lot about our Florida shrubs, and he is fantastic. My lawn has improved since I hired Luv -A- Lawn. Keep with the good service and keep Zac happy, so we will continue with his vast knowledge about lawn and shrubs. He is super!

take your business to some other place, Luv-A-Lawn is only after your money, service will be timely but don't expect much of a result. After several visits my lawn still had weed and ants, the main two reasons why I called them in the first place. Also, be aware of their "contract" I got in because one of their representative told me I could stop their service at any time which I wanted to do as I was renting the property where the service was going to take place, turned out this representative stop working for them and when I called a VERY RUDE lady over the phone told me they had to charge the termination fee regardless of what that representative told me, she then said you can tell the manager your "little story" he will call you back in up to 48 hours, he never did, I also sent an email and of course it was never replied back. I repeat myself, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE, this company is stealing people's money

We at luv A Lawn ask for a 1-year agreement, a copy of your signed agreement with your personal initials signing off to the terms can be provided upon your requests. Calls are recorded for training purposes as well as to review any concerns and discussions between Luv A Lawn and the customer. At no time did "little" story come from the Luv A Lawn associate. However, the Branch Manager was on vacation. Due to the manager not returning your call promptly, Luv A Lawn will take responsibility for half of the fee. We will have the office manager reach out to discuss further with you. Thank you

I am an 82 year old person on a fixed income and in March 2022, the technician who treats my lawn referred a lawn company to replace the sod on my front lawn. He told me Luv-A Lawn worked with this company and assured me the job would be done correctly. I paid $1500 to the referred company. The lawn care company removed my grass and they never returned to finish the job. My family called Luv-A-Lawn to complain about their referral and asked that they help me resolve the issue. Luv-A-Lawn made promises to help me resolve the issue, specifically from management in their local offices. They assured me they wanted to take care of this issue and do the right thing. After several phone calls from my family they finally told me they would not take care of my lawn even though they said they would. I did not want any money from Luv-A-Lawn, only that they fix the grass that was removed. I am very disappointed in their customer service and management.

requested a quote, talked with their CS and they gave me a choice of 12 pm or 2 pm, we chose 2 pm, confirmed our address and phone number. 2 pm came and went, 3 pm came and went, no call or person came to our home, at 3:30 I called back to their CS and let them know of the ignored service contact. Her reply was to confirm our time, location, and phone number, all correct. "Let me see WHAT HAPPENED WAS HER REPLY". My reply was I don't really care, this shows me the lack of customer service I would get in the future, so just cross us off your list

You technician who services my family (David Foss) is a very polite, respectful and very sensitive to our concerns. He listens intently and follows through on what he says he is going to do to. I couldn't asked for a better technician that David. He is the best!

Issues for over a year. Monthly contacts to to and retreat cinch bugs sedge grass and weeds. Each and every re-treat. You must wait 4-6 weeks to see results. It's been now 9 months and lawn is WORSE. Bad customer service, bad tech, no sense of urgency.

I cancelled my service because I realized that we lawn was not being serviced properly or not at all.. I have cameras on my property and literally saw a representative do the paperwork in the truck. It took him about 10 to 15 minutes. He then gets out of the truck and puts the paper on my door. He goes to the truck and gets a spray, sprays the front bushes and leaves. He took less then 5 minutes and left. I go home and look at the long list that he did and only one was accurate. I am in good faith paying this company and you are not going by your contact.. You want to charge me 125.00 for the termination fee and this is deplorable!!!!! I will continue to write reviews if you keep charging fees for work not completed. That is stealing!

I bought my house last August. I moved from a townhouse so it's my first lawn and I wanted a company I could depend on to take care of it. The previous owner had been using Luv-A-Lawn for years and recommended them. So I signed up figuring that I was in good hands. I couldn't have been more wrong. In the year I have had their service my lawn went from minimal weeds to a Total Weed Apocalypse. At no time did the technician address it with me or on any service notes (and there's a place for notes on every service record online. Every. Single. One. Of. Them. Says: "none") When my service agreement was ready to expire, I found someone else, and emailed to cancel my service. They had the manager come out and he confirmed that Luv-A-Lawn dropped the ball on my lawn. They wanted a second chance to make it right. I declined. I mean, really, why would I want to throw MORE money away? I'm retired, my funds are limited. I feel like I've been scammed... If they really wanted to make it right, they would have at least waived the $90 for the last service, which, by the way, they did yesterday. But that wasn't offered. So, yeah. I paid the invoice this morning and I am done with them And today, for the very first time -- I see weeds dying in my lawn. So for the @$650 I gave them I got exactly ONE proper service. Your mileage may vary, but if you asked me for advice I'd tell you to find someone else.
