It was my first time with my grandsons but they've been there many times. What an awesome place for families. So fun, so much to do also. We were there 4 hours & the kids weren't bored! Very reasonably price, the food was so inexpensive & good. Love it. We will be back.
We have been several times from the first week they opened. I love the idea and it’s fun environment. The establishment has gone down hill fast. It always take a while to check in due to different complications every time. It has become much more dirty, floors, toys and sand tables have lots of hair in them. Several rips in the fabric covered with tape . It will be a while before go back
Great place for kids to play. Variety of things to do... sand, imaginative play, climbing. My daughter can play for hours and still not want to leave. I highly recommend this place on a slower weekday but the staff cannot keep up with the crowd when it’s busy. Can take a long time to get in, get food, redeem tickets for prizes when it’s busy. Such a great day at Luv2Play today! We did the Ultimate Birthday Package for my daughters 5th birthday and it was perfect! Sami was our host - she was super sweet, great with the kids and incredibly helpful!
Had a great time there with the kids yesterday. Loved everything about it except for the wait at the cafe. There was no line or wait to order, and the place was not overly busy but it took a ridiculously long amount of time to get food. Some of the staff was also either trying to pretend they didn’t see us when I would come up to check on how it was doing or just flippant about our presence. My family and I have been here many times and love it. I am writing today to share how disrespectful and RUDE Geri at the Cafe was. She ignored me for several minutes while I waited in line and then rolled her eyes and said "yeah" in a frustrated voice when I was about to order. She is clearly overworked in the back by herself-- trying to run all the food for all the guests but her attitude and overall demeanor was completely unfriendly and rude. Fun place overall, however, they seemed really short-staffed. We attended a birthday party on a Sunday morning and had to wait almost 30-minutes in line to just check-in (already had our waivers completed). The line had about 8 families ahead of us and it still took 30-minutes. When it was time to leave it took over 10-minutes before someone came to the "prize" counter to help the children redeem their prizes (as it was the same staffer that was checking people in).
