Nice spot to take your children. We hung out for the day and the children loved it... plenty to do here !!! The lady at the register though need to improve in customer service skills.
Enjoy taking my kids here. We have never had a problem taking food in before until today’s visit. I love that they have special need prices because my son is special needs what I do not like is that they made a big deal over me bring food in to feed my child. My kid is on a special diet and they offer nothing he can have. I understand they have a cafe and that’s how they make their money but if you can’t accommodate children who can’t eat what you offer allow the parents to explain and bring food in. Ignorant staff. My son sliced his finger open on the play place, no one went to check out of it was safe for other kids. My other son was grabbed by an employee for going into a party room by mistake, he was left sobbing. Will not be back
Awesome place, Ana was very helpful... Only comment our grandkids live in Tucson and not here that often, would love a grandparents special, perhaps 1/2 price for monthly admission, would definitely purchase for them. but proof of out of town address should be required..
Rita was the best employee ever! So sweet and accommodating. The food was great, the place was clean and well kept. My three year old had a ball! Thanks for having this cool place where we were vacationing������
