We have come here alot since its opening. Broken games , dirty floors, lots of hair in the dried out sand, big bumps in the floor to trip on. Wont be coming back again ...
I just had my 4 year olds birthday here with the ultimate package and it was amazing! Everyone was helpful and friendly. My hostess Rachel was outgoing and was on top of everything! Couldn’t have had a better experience!
Fun place for the kiddos but I recommend checking promotions. We saw half off Tuesday on their site and when we got there the cashier said it was over with (no end date was posted anywhere) and the registers are pre-programmed and could not support what the website said.
First visit here was great and would have rated 5 stars but Second visit was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Employees were rude and confrontational... Never been so embarrassed! Can’t believe some of the people that work here were hired to work with/around kids. We will not be back.
RecommendedI love that it’s specifically made for toddlers! Most places are made for bigger kids and they trample all over our little ones but not at Luv 2 play . My two boys love this place and it’s always clean !
Loved it! Clean... and fun for kids. I just wish they had more reasonable prices for a family of 3 to do the membership. My grandkids had a blast! Food was good too, which is rare for indoor parks.
