I’ve been using LUUM in Oakland since they opened and have been extremely happy with their services for years now.
I originally went for my curiosity and novelty of the robot. That did not disappoint! So quick, easy and relaxing to get full lashes I’ve never had before! But as with any good beauty service - it’s the relationships you build and the service you receive that keeps you a loyal customer. The technology is super cool! My 1st experience ever having my eyelash's done and by a robot... It was Amazing! From the lash tech Shae, letting me know the process which by the way she was Awesome, to the step by step that the robot would be doing. The robot was very precise and so gentle like a butterfly! The whole process was super relaxing, listened to my music, very comfortable and was done in no time at all. Highly recommend if you want lashes that look next-level amazing with zero stress. 10/10
