I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this shop. I came in for a simple wheel alignment, but the job was handled by someone who had no idea what they were doing. The alignment had to be redone twice, and even then, the issue wasn't properly resolved. The so-called “technician” didn’t even know which bolts to loosen and ended up loosening the drag link, which should never be touched during a standard alignment.
