Clean secure place. I have never had a problem at this storage facility.
Been renting units here for about 5 years now, here in Troy, AL. I’ve had no problems with break ins. it’s easy access to get in and out of and for me it’s a great location. And it’s high gated with easy access to lock. easy access online to pay plus they send you a reminder each month. For us busy and forgetful renters(LOL). Any questions, they are quick about texting you back. Would recommend if you’re looking for units. Happy renter, Missi
I have been using them since January. They are very good with keeping in touch with customers through text and very easy to deal with if you have a problem. I love the fact that it’s insured through them also. This is a great place for storage .
I also had ants. I sprayed & have not seen any more. I have the smallest unit and it was big enough for my one bedroom. Good customer service.
