really bad service I have never been served so bad her here it use to be good but lately it has gone down hill in service it's like they no longer care
ABSOLUTELY NOT! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WAITED OVER AN HOUR & A HALF & STILL NO FOOD. CLAIMED THEIR "SYSTEM WAS DOWN" MGR WAS SO RUDE & INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR THE HORRIBLE SERVICE, HE COPED AN ATTITUDE. THIS PLACE USED TO BE PACKED but OBVIOUSLY GOING DOWNHILL FAST....SO SAD TO SEE AN ICON OF THE STRIP GOING DOWN IN FLAMES! CANCELLED OUR ORDER PAID FOR OUR DRINKS & THEN WAITRESS DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE CHANGE FOR $17.25 OUT OF $20 ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!
Horrible service... heard great things about this place but will never return.
Service is slow and not customer friendly. I went on a Saturday night and had to get up to ask someone to help us. We had to order from the bar, which is ok , but we sat down for about 10 min before we had ask someone to help us. There were servers hanging out at the bar and such, but they were off work. Then we found out that two servers were fired they night. Why didn’t those servers hanging out in the bar help out ? Bad service all around. RecommendedTook my Mom and Brother here because it was close to where my Mom had her doctors appointment.. I had the fish and chips which were really good, my brother had the bacon wrapped meatloaf which he really liked and my Mom had the pulled pork sandwich which in my opinion was the best one of the 3... Service was great and the staff was very nice..overall it was a great time...
RecommendedI do yes however our service was horrible, the waiter had one too many tables to handle at one time and if definitely showed we almost just walked out and went to Chili's just a tip get more waiters especially during happy hour just saying
