Management calling guests inappropriate names is not only appalling but derogatory and demeaning. I don’t recommend this place at all.
Usually the service is good and the burgers are fantastic, but tonight my wife and I ordered the original with cheese, we got a burger with just the patty and the buns, no mayo/mustard, tomato, lettuce, pickles, NOTHING, so we send them back and when they arrive STILL NO CHEESE, and NO MUSTARD OR MAYO, I’ve been waiting all week for this delicious burger, I was soooo disappointed
RecommendedRecently went there and I have to say, Chapa was the best server I've ever had there. Keep up the good job! Unfortunately, most of the other times, I have had really bad service which is why I made it a point to recognize Chapa. Also, there should be only one recipe for the drinks on the menu. Each bartender makes the drinks differently.
See photo for the review I wrote on google. Such terrible service that I never even got to try the food. We were as patient as we could be, but after 45 min and THEN being told my order wasn’t available, then being discouraged by the waitress that we could get our reorder any faster, we had no choice but to just leave.
One of our favorite places to go. Great atmosphere, food, drinks and entertainment. Great for lunch on the patio or drinks n Drag at night. ❤️🌈❤️
Luther’s serves up a pretty good burger!
This waitress told me to sit at the bar when I wanted a table because I was going to eat. She told me they'll serve you at the bar too. I hate eating at the bar.
Horrible service the last few times.... slow if any service.
Food was really good. Service was subpar.
