I was there Friday 1pm. About six tables inside and patio still had empty plates and glasses and were dirty. There were only two tables occupied. Both on the patio. The couple in front of me waiting for seating left. There were four twenty somethings at a patio table (good looking fresh faces, stylish clothes, perfect hair) having their every whim attended to by one seemingly very stressed staff. alot of attitude from servers
45 minutes for a 3 item order (burger, wings & Chilimac). Called in my order at 2:17pm. Walked over 15 minutes later. Bartender didn’t care to help. Waited a couple of minutes for assistance. The server who took my order gets up from chillin out. He told me my order would be up a minute., so I sit down. At 2:50 he told me “5 more minutes”. I got my order 3:02. Our waiter Steven lied and told guest(random guy to us) at a table next to us that we only tipped him $2. The guest decided to confront my daughter as we were leaving hence an instant argument! We tipped Steven our waiter over $50 and yes we have our credit card Receipts to prove that our waited lied. The situation went from 0 to 100 and there was nothing to keep this other guest from shooting us ,assaulting us or causing harm to us all over waiter Steven lying and saying our table only gave him a $2 tip. Put my name on a “list” with the hostess. After an hour and a half I asked her if it was my turn yet and she said she decided to stop using the list and to just take walk ups instead. If you don’t have the ability to maintain a simple list then don’t make a list to begin with and certainly don’t give the hostess the authority to do away with the list whenever she pleases. That’s terrible service.

When were you in here? I will look further. The hostess does not have the responsibilty to stop taking the names on the wait list.
First time there and after waiting 30 mins got seated. mind you they are serving more than 50 people capacity. the waitress was rude looked like she was high on drugs and never brought our drinks and asked her 4 times for water. finally asked for different server she said whatever. told manager he sent another server and ordered a round of beers or a tower of available and waited 20 mins ate some fries chicken strips were greasy breading falling off the chicken. gross! finally slammed beers on the table didn't say a word. fi... read more

The capacity at Luthers indoors is normally 201. We have reduced our indoor capacity to 100. This is 50% capacity as mandated by the Governor. We only have seating for 73 inside the restaurant. Outdoors, as per the Governor's guidelines, there is no capacity, as long as all tables are 6 foot from the next tabletop. We are strictly enforcing the social distancing rules as mandated by the state.
