This is the absolute worst organization I have ever ran into by far. The case workers are absolute garbage and have no idea how to properly be a liaison between the foster parent and the bio parent and with the children in between. Extremely unfair and biased and could care less about what’s really happening in any of the lives involved with dealing with them. I'd honestly give zero stars if I could. Absolute worthless organization/office. Tried to get a simple referral sent over by them to monarch trauma counseling. After 1 month and numerous calls from me and monarch we got nowhere. All they kept saying is "we will check in with our supervisor and have them call you"
This agency allows for children in their care to be at substantial risk of harm. this agency does not provide prevention in any case .this agency does not like to take guidance from outside of the agency even if the children are at substantial risk of harm emotionally or physically .this agency does not like complaints against foster parents they will title them frivolous. this agency allowed for child to stay in a environment which DCFS claim to protect children from at all cost.
