A scummy excuse of a service for the needy; they don't answer calls, always closed, no other options for refugees or disabled people Don't open an organization to support people if you can't support yourself
This organization does not offer a safe or supportive environment for anyone unfortunate enough to have to be there. Grossly understaffed with 1 staff member for up to 16 kids at night. No checks and balances for abuse by staff or by other residents. This is no different than a juvenile detention center and it will further damage these unfortunate souls who have already experienced so much trauma in their life. This is a racket and they run it under the guise of a Christian based organization. Our community can do better.
They treat their staff and clients poorly. I have heard too many stories of management making mistakes and them blaming the hourly part-time staff for their own errors. I would look elsewhere for employment or services they provide.
