Very disappointed in the way their communication has been. We are not able to go in and see my mom because of this virus problem, so we rely on them calling us on any changes. I hear nothing all day - then when I call the nurse she said I need to call you back...... I hear nothing. Day after day nothing. This is hard to deal with! My mom left in an ambulance and I have few answers. It's scary! Their communication needs to improve by the millions!
RecommendedThe staff is amazing. I also attended chapel yesterday and Chaplain Bob came to the room to pray. Then today he and Volunteer Donna brought by the therapy dog!!!! Made our dreary day so special. All of our family has returned to Illinois and I stayed behind. this special visit made my day too
The worst experience I have ever had at Lutheran hospital. Dr Flynn, his nurse and patient rep. Were rude and inconsiderate. I came there in pain and went home in pain. I will make a formal complaint to the hospital. I asked Dr Flynn to call my doctor. He in a rude response said I am the doctor here. He and his nurse talked down to me and my family. If I had the option to give this place negative 10 stars I would absolutely do it. I NEVER in a million years would think that a hospital could be so neglectful. So let me start by telling my birth story. I went in to be induced and everything was going okay. I started dilating and was getting through it pretty well. Staff listens to the patient. Care to the patient is phenomenal.
I have visited the emergency department a few times over the last several years! The staff here gets better each and every time! I had stitches out in and removed over the past few days! Everyone yet again was incredible! Amanda, Dr. Kelly and Luis gave some of the best care I’ve ever received! Absolutely recommend this hospital and emergency room staff!
