Absolutely the worst hospital I've ever been to!!!
My father in law received excellent care from the staff at the emergency department. They were thorough and kind.
There are glaring examples of poor customer service right down to the receptionist who rolled her eyes at me when I said I wasn't sure where my physician was and that was why I was asking for her help.
Went in emergency with kidney stones. They saw me right away and made me comfortable. Never been to a hospital that actually was eager to serve.
Lutheran made me feel as comfortable as they could and made sure I understood the perseger that was being done to me they are awesome
I have chronic pancreatitis so I'm in the hospital allot. The nurse's are so nice and patient with me. I love this hospital �
