This place has horrible communication !!! They tell you one thing but then do another ! They send you a link for a phone visit and once u confirm they want you to re -confirm in a time frame that fits best for them ! You miss that 15-30 min time frame u miss calls !! when you already confirmed and they are scheduled phone calls as it is !! They were very professional, truthful, and didn’t interfere with the visits. They also wrote the truths to the court. I would recommend them for your supervision visit needs
They want you to do what your child says. They teach you that your child is in charge. You're not allowed to teach your child right from wrong. Everything your child does is right. Correcting them is abusive according to this state funded "education." Listen to these people & your child will never function in the real world. Example: You should allow your child to stuff their dresser with unfolded clothes. What doesn't fit. Throw it away! This place is awful. Staff is completely biased if you don’t agree with what they have to say. They let restrained parties in the same area as the protected party. I can’t even tell you that you should find somewhere else to go. There have to be better visitation centers for parents.
