The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great! I couldn't be happier with all my visits to Herzog-Meier. Kyle Roethlein is a very gracious and courteous employee, he makes it easy to get what I need done on my vehicle. He is always happy and pleasant which is rare these days in customer service. The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great!
Great Service Department My service rep Mike went out of his way to fix a headlight that was out (not one of the reasons I brought the car in) and this was very close to closing time. I travel to Herzog-Meier from West Linn because I like the service department and bring both of my Passats there. I have always been pleased with the service.
AWESOME!!! I bought my car here and they were extremely helpful and never once asked me if I WAS going to by a car or not. They showed me the car I wanted in every color they had on the lot. They explained all the functions of the car to me. They worked with me on the price. They were VERY friendly there. I would go back there if I bought another VW. I highly recommend them!
Herzog-Meier Volkswagen service dept. stinks. Although I haven't been to the service dept. in several years, I do not have pleasant memories. As a woman, I felt completely demeaned each time I walked in, and they were constantly trying to get me to agree to extra services on my car that I absolutely did not need. NO THANKS!
Very Helpful and Accomodating Engell at Herzog-Meier was very helpful and accommodating. His service was prompt and thorough. He took care of everything that needed to be done and even recommended a new set of tires. I was impressed that I got everything handled in one location and one day. I plan to return in the future and will request Engell as my service manager.
New VW GTI - So Fun! Everyone thought I was crazy for trading in my Mercedes CLS500 for a GTI. I love it! Every time I get out of my new car there is a big smile on my face. Thanks to Herzog-Meier I feel 18 again!
First-Class Auto Dealer Herzog-Meier is a first class dealership/organization. Tom Herzog, Nic Perez, and Mike Lunt have always and continue to take care of my automotive needs. Contrary to some of my other experiences at competing VW dealerships in Portland, the HM team deserve praise and appreciation for their exceptional work.
Exceptional Service & Waiting Area I am always happy to take a break from my life in the waiting room at Herzog-Meier while they fix up my car. The service is exceptional and the area is welcoming and comfortable. Also they have the best oranges on the snack table in the waiting room. I love that they stock something that has very little carbs for those of us with odd dietary needs.
Fantastic Service Experience Herzog-Meier has the most comfortable waiting area I have ever been in. Mike came to tell me my car was ready, but I stayed an additional 30 minutes to finish the DVD I brought to watch. Thanks for the comfy couch!
