I had one of the worst experiences at the Hudson Jeep dealership. I had my car diagnosed because it was overheating. They told me it was the radiator control module ($1000 part). I had called to ask them if they were sure, because it didn’t seem to align with how my car was running. I bought a used vehicle through them after doing a lot of research and test drives interacting with multiple dealers. My experience at this dealership was great. Kevin was friendly, and not pushy at all. The list price of the vehicle was already pretty fair compared to KBB and Edmunds values of the same vehicle. He was willing to negotiate with me on price without hesitation. We had met, test drove, talked numbers and made a deal in approximately 40 minutes or less.
