Bridget and the sales team were absolutely amazing! They worked for hours to get me a new car after a total loss on my previous car that I only had for 3 weeks, and even stayed a little late to make sure I could drive it off the lot that day! Definitely will be a lifelong customer.
Told my Jeep had a failing relay. Turns out my Jeep doesn't even have that relay. Previous years did but mine doesn't. Told it was under the passenger side headlight. I had already checked there and even removed the headlight while I was there to show it's not, just shrugged and blew me off. Makes for a pointless diagnostic. Being I was lied to, on my 1st visit; there will be no future visits.
Always have a good experience with the service department. I have been taking both of my cars there for maintenance and service.
Bought a jeep there last year and was told it hadn't been in any accidents. Come to find out, it actually HAD been in an accident and the previous owner had a lot of the engine beyond together with ZIP TIES. Something the dealer couldn't haven't missed had they actually inspected it like they claimed!! I'm still dealing with this headache!! Tonight, it's a leak from the after market radiator that was put in but can't find the part that's leaking because it's an after market radiator!!!
