Shady salesmen! I was looking at a CX-9 2017 and the car salesmen tried to work together by acting like several people were really into buying the car. First off the car was $4700 overpriced. Second, each salesman had a several different stories about the vehicle (all lies). Nothing against foreigners, but don’t talk in another language when negotiating a price or asking if there’s anything wrong with the vehicle. Buyers BEWARE!!!
They were all very nice and answered all my questions. I had a good experience. Still on the fence about buying price a little high

Salesman didn’t know anything about the car. The manager said it was detailed but the car was dirty inside and stained around sunroof. They said car was inspected but heated seats and a few other features weren’t working. Car had been there for more than 30 days. I would have expected the repairs to be done. They offered to fix them but they should have done these things before hand not when the car is being looked at by a potential buyer.
The dealer was very quick to respond to my initial questions. They also provided the additional photos that I wanted to see. I look forward to seeing the car in person in a week.
Nice people. Not sleazy or pushy like other dealers can be.
I usually hate the process of buying a car, but enjoyed it this time. Both the salesman and the finance manager were direct yet non-manipulative, which is quite rare in my experience in this industry. They went above-and-beyond in providing service.
