I emailed several questions about the car to them. They responded quickly with answers they knew. It has been two days now and I have not heard back on the other questions.
Jody was very friendly and helpful.
Never responded. Had to call them. Sat on hold 5 minutes only to get voicemail.
Dealer was helpful but the car i was looking for had already been sold.
Bought the car at a good price much less than advertised. The problem was it took forever ( an hour and a half ) to get the paper work done for a cash deal. When we arrived and shown the car it was parked in a corner of their cash wash in a separate building which was dark and wet. When the paper work was complete the sales rep of 14 years did not know what copies of the paper work went with the customer. Don was great. Showed me the car and gave me heads up what to expect.
Mrs. Richardson was the best! She was willing to go above and beyond to help me find a car in my budget.I thank her for being so kind and patient with me
