I made up my mind to go to her 5/16 of this year after going through some series of trial and most definitely tribulations. Seeing an aunt of mines that's being going to Lutèce for years and how her hair thrived made me try one more salon, bass on previous failed ones. Since my first press she didn't burn me or give me heat damage as the previous ones did. She's been taking care of my hair since May and I regret not coming muuuucch sooner. I have to go back and use an old vocabulary word for Mrs. Frances. STUPENDOUS!! This lady is something else. She continues to develop her craft , skill, and talent. Trust me, follow and do what she say. I am a living witness. She is excellent in the field of cosmetology. I love this lady. I have been coming to Mrs Frances for 28 years she is the best beautician in the CSRA. Mrs Frances is a Mother to me and my Friend and most of all my hair doctor. I've been a client for 12 years and there is no one better than Mrs. Perrin.. Please understand that when you states she grows from the root and not the bag... This is no joke. Best products for your hair and the service she renders is SUPERB!!!! She is a Hair Doctor 30 Years ... No One compares.. And I LOVE HER!!!!! You need a real Beautician ...
