First visit was not very pleasant. I asked for short manicured nails. The results: all nail beds were exposed along with an open wound. Next day all fingertips were sore to the touch. Stop by to make a complaint the following day. The manicurist was summoned and was VERY unprofessional after I showed her what she had done ! The manager wanted me to give them a second chance and provided a free manicure. Not sure at this time if I will even use it 🤔
