While the products are some of the best out there, the staff at Easton are less than welcoming into their store. Even more disappointing is the fact that the Easton store RARELY has anything in stock. While I do understand these products are made fresh, it is absolutely the worst customer service. How can a company as large as Lush not have the capacity to maintain products in stock? I am beyond disappointed and it is unlikely I will return to this store anytime soon. Don't get me wrong I love the products but the times I have been into this store the staff never even acknowledged that I had walked in. This is in stark contrast to the one at Polaris. Also the last time I came in the did not have the product I was looking for.
I live in Cincinnati but was in Columbus for the weekend on a leisure visit. Cincy has a lush in the Macys at Kenwood but Easton has it's own Lush store I was in heaven and all of the associates were so helpful and nice :):) I will be back again when I am in the area or needing to make a stop in Easton :)
