RecommendedI stopped in yesterday to purchase a few bath bombs for my son’s birthday, and I was greeted by the nicest, most helpful young man in a blue face mask. I believe his name was Britt. We talked and he showed me a few great ideas. That level of customer service is something I don’t come by often these days. Right before I left, he gave me a gift-a bath bomb for myself. My whole interaction with him truly made my day.

Sasha helped me with all my questions and solved every issue I had from my face, lips, hands, and hair! She knew what ingredient was in every product and did demos. Her skin is so beautiful & I’m shocked she wasn’t wearing any makeup at all. She only uses the products from Lush and I walked out with everything she showed me. Thank you Sasha (I hope I spelled ur name right) very helpful excellent costumer service love everything!
The Lush store at Easton Town Center has the most friendly, engaged, and product-informed staff I’ve ever encountered in a store. My daughter, Maia, is a regular customer, and they spend so much time talking to her and letting her sample products every time we are there. (Shout out to Holly and Brian!) We love Lush. �
