I love LUSH. The people were great! My only complaint is the store is WAY TOO SMALL!! My first LUSH experience was in Chicago, and the store was at least 4 times bigger. Easton was packed and it was very hard to move around because of it. I really didn't get to enjoy the store, but I did get what I came for! (Shampoo bars) I talked to the cashier while checking out, she said they are moving to a bigger building soon. I hope that is true!!

Just had my first LUSH experience and I'm not disappointed. The amazing products they sell had me in awe. I went in there because I have had a lot of trouble finding a good cosmetic brand that's100% against animal testing. LUSH,you guys are a gem, and I'm very happy to have found you.
Everyone was super sweet at the store. I even had conversations about anime and every day Life. They were willing to help me find products that I needed especially when I'm having a stressful day.

This past weekend was my first time in Lush and I have to say the employees here are beyond wonderful! So helpful in describing the products and can definitely sell them. I really like how you can try out the products and see demos before you buy them. It made it drive home the sale. I used my first Bubble Bar today and I am in love! Definitely going to be a lifetime user after this weekend. Love the store and love the product.
