We had my daughters’ joint birthday party at Lush for their 3rd and 4th birthdays, and it was absolutely wonderful! We invited about six of their friends, and every single child had the best time. They played games, made their own soaps and bath bombs to take home, and finished off with cupcakes together. If I could give the experience 0 stars I would. I was followed around the store and my basket was even taken away from me. When I asked why, she explained that it’s her job to follow customers around. I’ve been to many lush locations and I have never been treated like this. I was being watched by other employees even after my basket was taken from me. When I wanted it back, she put it behind the counter. I feel like this was racial motivated because I am a person of color.
