LOVE Lush but this location is always very “meh” when I go in. Staff is so pushy but also think you’re stealing at the same time? Weird passive vibes; could be because I’m an AA woman but me holding product and reading descriptions doesn’t mean I’m trying to steal. I keep going back because i don’t love blind buying everything. I’d do strictly online but that’s a whole other mess that I don’t feel like dealing with.
I had such a great experience today at lush.Jess was so helpful and now I have some great skin care items to add to my daily skin care routine!
Everything that I have ever purchased from Lush is 5 stars. Their products have seriously fixed my acne issues, made me look younger, and made my skin care fun and not like a job. The staff is amazing. Roshni and Chelsea are two of the many employees that always make me feel like such a priority when I come in. I know that they are known for bath bombs, but you should look at skin cleaners and hair care. It’s beyond anything you will ever try. Anyways, I had to share because this store has really changed my life.
Their products are so good and make me feel so clean I forget when I even showered last some days, seriously
I just love the Keystone L.U.S.H They ever polite Store Manager is such a gem! I honestly visit with the hopes that she is there! She is always so patient, kind and informative. I love how knowledgeable she is about every product and I can tell she actually believes in the brand and provide an excellent experience for every single customer! I also got to me the new assistant store manager as well and he helped me pick out so top tier items! LUSH is such a vibe!
