Haven't been here in a while but had to peek my head in when I found myself in the neighbourhood. Typically get good customer service at Lush but the woman who helped me out - didn't get her name, sorry, but she has a Greek grandmother - went above and beyond, the sort of customer service that legitimately brightens your day. Great stuff.

I had a great experience today buying a gift for someone, the two staff members that helped me; Kari (I hope I am spelling correctly) and Zoe were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.
I came all the way from rural Queensland with my empty lush pots that I collected over the years and I can definitely say with all the confidence I have in my body and soul that Lush is my favourite store when I need a little self loving. Staff were warm and welcoming, I was offered to test any products that were out. I probably did about 10 rounds of the cozy store and everytime I circled round, I picked up something new and put it in my basket. I came in today to buy a massage bar and was lucky to be served by Hannah! She was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly, and made my visit an absolute joy. I was very indecisive between the different options, and her advice helped me land on a purchase that I'm very happy with. What a lovely person to chat to Thank you so much Hannah!
