Visited from regional VIC for 2 nights and the only thing my 12 year old wanted to do was go to Lush. We walked into the city and finally found it! I was taken aback when we entered and nobody greeted us. There were 3 staff members chatting amongst themselves instead of doing demos or assisting customers and this is honestly the first time in my 20 years as a Lush customer that’s ever happened!
